Somerset Men, after a convincing victory at the weekend, will not be holding back in their remaining three games in the Vitality Blast. They can't because they have to win all of them to have any hope of qualifying for the finals of the T20 competition.
That they are still in with a slim chance is thanks to a resounding victory over high-flying Northants where they won Sunday (July 5) by 105 runs after notching an impressive 223-4 (Will Smeed 48, Thomas Rew 57, Daniel Sams 48*) and then restricting the home side with some miserly bowling from Craig Overton and seven wickets between Josh Thomas and Lewis Goldsworthy.
